The marketing and selling of services and products using mainly digital technologies is known as digital marketing. It focuses not only on the internet but also mobiles and most other non-alphabetical mediums.

Brands receive proper feedback, whether positive or negative from their consumers with the help of social media interaction. Furthermore, the brands are even able to determine the best suited media platform for their customers. Therefore, digital marketing has turned into an increased advantage for brands and businesses. Consumers are now able to post online feedback with the help of blogs, social media sources and even websites stating their experience with a brand or product. The direct contact with customers and feedback management has made digital marketing popular for businesses, encouraging conversations through their social media channels. Many large organizations find this marketing consumer-friendly.
